Yes, each play session provides 90 minutes of sand play.

 General admission is available without a reservation—just come on in! However, reservations guarantee your spot in the event we hit capacity. Our sandboxes allow a maximum of 40 children to ensure everyone’s comfort. Reservations are especially recommended on weekends and mornings. 

1. Kids 8 and under only (we encourage parents to play in the sand with their children!)
2. No food, drinks, candy, or gum in the sandbox.
3. Shoes and socks are not allowed in the sandbox. Barefeet only.
4. Children who are not fully potty-trained must wear a diaper.
5. No throwing sand or burying kids.
6. No running, screaming, or climbing on surfaces not designed for climbing.
7. Toys and sand must stay in the sandbox.
8. Only Asher's Sandbox toys are permitted.
9. Parents/guardians are responsible for watching their kids at all times.
10. Wash your hands after eating food and snacks before entering the sandbox.
11. A liability waiver must be filled out (by EVERYONE) before entering the facilities regardless of whether you are getting into the sandbox or not. There are no exceptions.

Older children and teens are welcome to come play in the sand, as long as they are accompanying younger siblings and can follow our rules.

•  We use non-toxic, allergen-free sand and sanitize our play areas regularly.
• We have a strict no-food, no-drink policy to prevent contamination in the sandbox.
• We have a tightly controlled entrance and exit to ensure your little one is protected while present
• We have a bodily fluid protocol that we strictly adhere to

We use a special play sand that is  silky smooth, child-friendly, and 100% natural!  It is thoroughly screened, washed, and dried to be safe for kids. This sand is 100% natural with no antifungals, bleaches, dies or chemicals used in cleaning and preparing the product. Dust collection processes are run throughout production, and potential residual dust is removed with a final screening after washing and grading. Finally, a natural, non-toxic dust suppressant is used. The sand is  independently tested and accredited by a 3rd party lab in compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).

• We sift & clean the sand to ensure it stays free of debris or foreign objects
• We disinfect all surfaces multiple times a day with a non-toxic, eco-friendly solution.
• All toys that find their way into a child's mouth are separated and deep cleaned before being added back to the play areas
• All toys & play equipment is sanitized daily

If your child is sick, especially with a fever the day before or of your visit, please keep them home. We will honor your ticket on another day.

We do! We sell coffee for the adults, bottled water for the kiddos and a variety of snacks. All food and drinks must be kept in the coffee bar area or the party room.

Yes! Food must be kept in the coffee bar area or the party room - no food or drinks in the sandboxes. Food must not contain or be manufactured with peanuts.

Absolutely! All of our birthday packages are for 2 hours and include up to 15 children. You get your own private sandbox to enjoy and a host to help make sure everything goes smoothly. Please see the Parties page for more details.

Absolutely! Asher's Sandbox is the perfect option for any school group, homeschool group, or summer camp. For details, please contact us

 • All ticket and membership sales are final and non-refundable.
• Birthday party and event bookings require 50% deposit at the time of booking to hold the reservation. Full payment is required 7 days prior to the event. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Deposit is fully refundable up until 21 days before event after which it is forfeited. 
• Asher's Sandbox will allow rescheduling of events due to illness at no charge provided 48 hours notice is given. If notice of need to reschedule is given within a few hours, there will be a charge if food has already been ordered.
• In the event of facility closure due to unforeseen circumstances, Asher's Sandbox may offer rescheduling options or store credit. 

Yes, a waiver must be completed for each adult and each minor who enter the facility. They can be completed ahead of time HERE, or signed upon arrival.
